Crocidolomia pavonana F. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) is one of the important pests of vegetable crops of the Brasicaceae family (cabbage, broccoli, flower cabbage, mustard, and radish). The problem that arises among farmers in controlling pests is the use of synthetic insecticides that have a negative impact on the environment. One alternative control that can be done to control this pest is by using entomopathogenic fungi. The Plant Protection Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Bengkulu University has isolates of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium spp. explored from various regions. Given the potential of entomopathogenic fungi in infecting insect pests, it is necessary to test them against C. pavonana. The aim of the study was to obtain B. bassiana and Metarhizium spp. that were able to infect C. pavonana. This study used a completely randomized design with 7 treatments and 3 replicates, each replicate using 10 instar 3 larvae. Mortality data and time of death were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there were significant differences between treatments, then further tests were carried out with BNT. The results showed that the pathogenicity of local isolates of Beauveria bassiana and Metahizium spp. towards C. pavonana mortality varied greatly between isolates. The initial number of infected insects also varied between isolates. PBKoPa isolate produced the highest mortality rate of 76.6%, followed by MaPb with 66.6%, while TKuKj had the lowest mortality rate of 26.6%. The control showed no mortality. The time to death ranged from 1.7-2.96 days..
