Leaf spot disease is a disease that reduces the yield of peanuts and disrupts plant growth. This study aims to determine the incidence of leaf spot disease (Cercospora sp.) on 6 varieties of peanut (Katana 2, Rabbit, Tala1, Bison Talam 3, and Local Variety). This research will be conducted from December 2023 to March 2024 using a completely randomised design (CRD) with the treatment of 6 peanut varieties (Rabbit, Bison, Local Variety Katana 4, Talam 3, and Tala 1), with each treatment repeated four times, with 2 plants per replication. A total of 24 experimental units consisting of 48 plants were obtained. Component variables included plant height, number of branches in one plant, and number of fully open leaves. Cercospora arachidicola leaf spot disease can be found since the beginning of growth, which is 30 days after planting. The results showed that Tala 1 had the best response compared to other varieties in responding to leaf spot disease with the lowest incidence.
